Elden Development Corp Ltd. was established in 1991 by distribution of Transworld Group assets after completion of the next phase of the group's business activities in the field of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Elden Development Corp. subsequently became the parent company for a whole group of companies and it has been at the centre of a number of successful activities by Elden Group for over twenty years.

Elden Group currently includes more than a dozen companies involved in various types of business activities, ranging from real estate projects to the agricultural business. The group’s corporate director is Impera Services Limited which is based in Malta.

Elden Group is headed by Lev Tchernoy who was born December 1, 1954 in Tashkent (Uzbekistan, USSR). In 1972, Lev Tchernoy entered the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, where he studied and worked as a laboratory assistant at the department of scientific organization of the educational process. Now he is a professor of economics and the author of numerous scientific articles and books in the field of macroeconomics and entrepreneurship.

Today Lev Tchernoy is a successful entrepreneur and businessman, as well as a generous philanthropist who cares about the fate of children with disabilities. Lev Tchernoy is the main sponsor and honorary President of the children's and youth Paralympic football club “Lev Tchernoy - Olimpia”, whose players make up the bulk of the National Paralympic team of Russia.
